The ability to see incoming calls when your not in the mobile app.

I use this as my main messaging app and a catch myself constantly checking if I'm being called or if I missed a call. I get some people don't want their third party calls mixed with phone calls but they should at least have it as an option like other messaging apps in my opinion.
