Add reactions before sending message

It would help a lot if there was a way to add reactions to your message before you've actually sent it. You might be thinking, when would this be helpful? It would be extremely helpful on larger and more active servers for multiple reasons.

1.) By the time you add a reaction on some active servers, the message has already went by and no one else can see it.

2.) When making a poll and pinging a large number of people, some people get to the message and start reacting before you can even get all of the reactions added to the message for the poll.

3.) Sometimes I panic when trying to hurry and add a reaction when I have ping a lot of people because I don't want them to see the message before I add it and then get confused in channels where normal members can't add reactions. Having the ability to add reactions before the message is sent would eliminate this problem.

  I was about to post this and found you, a little late though, but never lose hope i guess.
  
  It would be really helpful, specially when we are making a poll and we have to quickly add the emojis for people to react.
