Use "View Server as Role" to create "Disable Admin Rights" toggle and put it next to mute, pins and member list.
I have helped configure several servers using bots, community management features and bot-granted roles using reaction menus to create large servers with compartmentalized views.
Unfortunately as an admin I don't get to benefit from any of that work without using an entirely separate account to hold ownership of the server or admin rights which can be problematic when I need admin "right now" and am forced to switch accounts.
The idea is to use the same functionality that allows you to view the server as a specific role or collection of roles to test permission settings within your server. Except instead of focusing on specific groups it would work more like a "Toggle Admin" on/off feature which would allow admins to effectively hide any channels the rest of their collective roles don't have access to.
The idea isn't to strip the user of their admin rights or the role that grants it but to otherwise hide all channels from the admin when they toggle this setting that aren't otherwise directly granted to a role they have.
On my server this would mean going from 40+ channels visible to ~10 because I heavily utilize role menus to allow people to segregate discussions into different topics into specific areas and then those who aren't interested in specific subjects just disable their access to those channels, or enable it as desired.

Just collapse the categories that hold the admin-only channels, and chat as an admin.
Or, alternatively, don't hide the admin channels, and put all of them at the bottom or top of the list so they're out of the way.0
