Embed datetime in text posts

It would be useful if there were a feature to insert datetimes into posts so that users across multiple timezones in the same server could easily coordinate; Discord would automatically display the system's local date+time for the embedded datetime.

I imagine this could be done similar to other text formatting, such as spoiler tags, but I don't know how best to manage it.
