My account got hacked and Discord response time is unbelievably concerning.
My main discord account got hacked about a week ago, and the person who hacked it changed the email and password so now I don't have access to the account. Apparently my email was part of a data leak, so people from all over the world tried to log into my email. Some managed to succeed and one person decided to steal my discord account.
I sent in a ticket as soon as I found out, and they know my discord account has been compromised, yet they are doing nothing about it and I haven't heard from discord support for about 4-5 days now. I even DM'd them on their facebook, twitter, and tagged them publicly on twitter and STILL no response. They respond to other people but not mine for some reason.
I sent them the evidence of account ownership (original email and discord tag), my email being compromised, receipts of my monthly payments for nitro and my discord being hacked. And still, nothing.
Anyways, is there any other way to contact them? I am willing to try ALL options. I just want my account back. It's just so unnerving and so concerning that they aren't taking things like this seriously. The response time is ridiculous for such a big company, no live support is whack, and no number to call support is just weird.

Just this morning they ended up changing the Name AND tag to sell boosts. The account is mine because it's connected to my Spotify and Twitch.. So I forwarded them another email with pictures, but they're just so incredibly slow.-1 -

Discord takes time to review tickets due to the massive amount of tickets they get per day. That's why it is taking them so long to review your ticket.1 -

Yeah, I understand. But when I sent in my first ticket, they acknowledged that it was compromised and said they would send my situation over to a team to look into it. I would like to think that this would be a priority situation that needs to be taken care of because my card is on there for recurring payments for nitro. It's highly concerning and distasteful in my eyes.0 -
They don't respond to my tickets or Twitter either, they're probably told to ignore specific users thinking the problem will go away.
I don't know what to say, hopefully they fix it but I'm doing my best to get a response and apology from Discord for my own issue, so far they've just ignored me. Totally Disrespectful support and customer teams at Discord.

Your account is your responsibility. It's clearly stated in their TOS.

That's false unfortunately Lifeline, I wish it was true. I've been emailing for weeks patiently waiting for responses. Each time it's a bot response no additional communication from Discord, even when proof is given to them that they are wrong.

I think I've been patient enough. My card is being charged, so don't turn this around on me, Lifeline lol. They need a better system because this is unforgivable.

We shouldn't have to post this on the forum in the first place, support tickets should be dealt with better but here we are! Hope you get it sorted Kevo, worst case just go to your card provider and talk to them about it.

Honestly, the support teams is slow whenever I report raiders so, just gotta wait.
