Krisp Icon displayed + admin control

Would be great to enable someone's Krisp if they're making a lot of noise and don't have it enabled. As a admin or server owner would be fantastic to have this as a feature rather than straight up muting the culprit.

Second. Would be great to see a visual krisp icon on those who have it turned on and are using it.

  First thing seems obnoxious in some contexts since I know I would hate having someone else messing with my mic stuff, even if it is helpful and doesn't cost me anything, just annoying to have my settings changed. Second part tho would be great but might take up space, could be good as a hover over display thing tho.

  Muting someone is already an admin privilege so this would be less intrusive.

  Also yes, space is limited, but I'm sure the GUI designers could figure it out.
