Streamer Mode mute notifications but not application sounds

I would love the ability to have Streamer mode able to mute just notification sounds for messages etc, but not sounds from the app itself, I'd call them "system sounds".

So I can hear the audible feedback when I toggle mute on/off. but not hear message alerts.
Currently its either have none or all. Some separation between unwanted message pings and useful app feedback sounds would be great!
