Issues with Video Calling and Samsung Galaxy

I just switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S21 and whenever I video call on Discord my camera is super laggy for the other person. They explain it as if it freezes, there's frame drops etc etc.

I searched on this forum and I've seen people reporting these issues with Samsung phones 1 year ago and they've been bumping that thread even 2 days ago. Has this really not been fixed ?

  They talk about the exact same issue here and this was a year ago or so, crazy.

  I've had this exact same issue with an S21+, Discord is completely unusable for video calls with this phone. 
  Zoom, WhatsApp and Skype video calls all work just fine so it's not a connection issue.
