An official Discord Server for Support

There are 4 official Discord Servers with their respective purpose but lots of people just join them trying to contact a Discord staff member. It would be nice if they opened an official server for support which could handle that. That would be very helpful as many experienced community members might also volunteer to help which could reduce the load they might face as of now for support.
