Add a way to place individual chats or group chats on your groups side panel rather than in your direct messages

I think it would be great if there was a way to put direct messages in the side pane, I know from me and my friends we will often create a group chat rather than a discord group as we don't need all of the features such as roles, the only time we create dedicated groups is for when we need bots or those features, i think it would be great if you could put direct messages in the side panel so you can access them easier.

I know if you receive a message on one of the groups it appears in the side panel but after you have read it its disappears from there, if there was a way to keep it there or just drag direct messages to the side panel so you can access them easier this would be amazing
