De-emphasize "Slowmode is enabled" label on Android
Although I love Discord, on the Android app, the "Slowmode is enabled" label is distracting. It looks similar to the "New messages below" label, and makes me confused about whether I've caught up with the messages or not. (This is not an issue on the other platforms, as the positioning is less prominent.)
In my opinion, the best alternative would be to hide it and display a transient message on the rare occasions when it is relevant. A less complicated fix would be to add some transparency to the label, or reposition it below the text field like on the web app.
Happens on Sony Xperia ZX2 running Android 8.0.0, with Discord app version 40.8 (1277).

The real issue with slow mode on mobile is that it doesn't tell you the delay until AFTER you have posted. This info needs to be visible by default either as a popout or show as part of the slowmode text. This oversight really needs to be corrected.
