Discord Nitro - Phone Service option

Discord is basically my go-to app, But I still can't contact or get contacted by other people if they're not using discord. 

I was wondering if there's any chance in the future to add a phone number that enables people to use the Internet to send phone calls/text messages with the Discord app?

Or at least something like Skype & Google Voice. Where you can at least make & receive phone calls but the internet connection is required and the app must be open.

Another good example would be TextMe app on phone. Where they give you a phone number, but in order to keep that phone number you must log in and make one phone call in the month.

I'd even pay a Discord Nitro + extra to get a phone number. This would turn Discord into my business contact too. Instead of overpriced Verizon.
