Account Disabled
Hi there everyone, My account was recently hacked and the hacker joined a weird server. After getting my account back by changing passwords, I left the weird server. 2 Days later I get an email saying my account violated the ToS because of spam. I know for a fact that the hacker is the one responsible for breaking the ToS and my question is, Is there any possibility of getting my account back?

The same thing happened to me Just 10 minutes ago i had that happen to me like a week ago or so and i left them right away but my account just got disabled by discord and i didnt have any NSFW server nor anything agents TOS/community guidelines but yet i still got disabled.

Try opening a ticket with the discord support team, they are really cool, theyll help you guys out.

I started a ticket yesterday, it's been over 24 hours I just wanted to ask if it was possible. I really hope they can fix it.

You do realize, the Discord support team has multiple things going on at once. Knowing Discord, if you did in fact open a ticket with them, this was forwarded to Trust and Safety. They need to go through an investigation process, and this takes time. Give it a good 3 days, then open another ticket or reply to the email support already sent you with the confirmation. yea too bad i dont get anything but the bot and all the bot saying is a big middle finger because clyde is like oh hey your disabled your pretty much not being reenabled saying the violation is to serious or something even tho didnt do anything towards it but oh well rip those 100+ people i had added that wherent in a server that i can get back no other way of contacting them not like people give a care. i get like just move on bro but heck that i want my account back :/

My friend had his account disabled out of the blue 11 days ago (16th) and they said it was because his account "violated Terms of Service or Community Guidelines". He tried an appeal and was rejected with the bot. What should he do now? Is there a way he can still get his account back?
