  NO ONE I think someone under 13 can make a discord account with parent permission

  I think Discord TOS doesn't allow the use of their server for the user's under 13~ even if with parent's permission the reason being that this is a socially attracted App meaning anyone from any place, culture, age, and morality will be there making the place not suitable for children as a 13-year-old myself it ain't good for children as under 13 years of age they won't get how to act in trouble full situations and. Any form of stealing of Discord account's or third party service's I believe is a punishment with Account and Ip-ban
