Very Confused on how to handle reports to discord.
I recently submitted a report to the discord team, and after making a screen shot, and getting a copy of the post id, creating a report for the discord team, I removed the post off the discord. I got the follow response back
"Hello,
Unfortunately, it looks like the messages have been deleted. Once a message or image is deleted, it's gone from our servers and we aren't able to verify it to take additional action.
If the user states their age elsewhere, please forward the message links to us.
Please note that we're unable to use screenshots, bot logs, off-platform information, or attachments to verify content.
Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety"
So are you guys saying, if a person post graphic nsfw content on a discord I manage, I should leave it up for the 10k+ people to see it along with discord trust and safety team to verify to take action. Instead of me quickly removing it. This screams absolutely stupid, and you guys lack guidelines for server owners on how to handle discord terms of service violations.

Hello!
You don't have to delete the message. You can always lock and deny permissions for viewing the channel till the issue is resolved by discord trust and safety team.0
