discord in windowed mode on windows desktop

on win7 the app in window mode resizes itself a few pixels on every restart

to validate this, simply set discord into windowed mode
then resize the window, use a desktop icon for alignment testing
quit discord, restart discord
repeat a few times, maybe 3 or 4+ times
.
take notice of the window size and it very slowly gets bigger & bigger till it becomes full screen size.
You have to quit & restart to see the window grow, switching between windowed and full screen wont show it growing.
