[Suggestion] User targeted voice feature

Sometimes we gather too many people in one room and don't want to switch, wether it be for games or just talking. To avoid all the noise and confusion or splitting unecessarily, we could use a tool to "target" our voice to people we choose (making my voice louder for that specific moment to the target) temporarily or permanently.  I know that volume already can be adjusted for each user, however a tool that provides something like i said earlier would be a good quality of life improvment :)
