Sent over 10+ tickets this whole past week, no response..

Hey 1def0only, I've been dealing with the same issue. Being ignored by their support team, twitter, even their CEO.
Discord do not care about you at this point, that's the truth. Something HAS to change. When genuine users are being treated like this, it is not fair and not acceptable.
I've been attempting to contact their support team for weeks now. Every single response has been the Clyde bot. HOWEVER, I recently emailed them using a DIFFERENT email account, and surprise surprise! I had a human respond to me within 5 minutes. This is proof that they are purposely ignoring specific users relating to specific issues.
Check out Jason's Twitter, the CEO of Discord. Send him a tweet, link him to this thread and let him know what we're dealing with right now. Discord support needs to be fixed, whoever is in charge needs to seriously rethink how they treat their users.

I feel ya, I had a server with 17,000 members which was destroyed by Discord's incompetence. Keep emailing them, tweet them, don't let them get away with it.

^ How Discord treat their customers asking for help. They repeatedly close the ticket and completely ignore the customer.
In this case, the ticket was assigned to an incompetent team member named Jose M. Disgusting display of support from a company that should be doing more.5 -
