Game Overlay Over Entire Monitor

The game overlay should not be exclusive to a specific window, but it should appear as if the entire screen was a game. The user could then move the different windows around to fit their game.

The overlay would, by default, only show up when a global keyboard shortcut is activated, but windows could easily be pinned while the full overlay is visible.

This feature would allow the overlay to be used for things other than games, or if the game you play is not recognized by the system (as the "add game" feature seems to be permanently broken).

It would be like the Windows Game Bar, only with Discordy things. 

Maybe even add Spotify integrations, custom apps, and such.
