[QoL] Default message view to first message of channel for Introductions/Rules type of channel

As titled, as I think this would improve new user experience upon joining a server significantly. Clicking the "Home button" doesn't completely solve this as it will home to the end the a long message, which could still not be at the top/beginning of the said type of channel.
