Allow bots to accept freind requests.

Some people disable their direct messages to prevent people from spamming there dms, however this leads to an issue, what if you still want a particular bot to be able to dm you? Well tough luck.

By allowing users to send a freind request to a bot, and allowing the bot to accept it, you essentially allow users to whitelist bots and allow them to continue to message them.
