Can't hear others in voice call
This has happened to me a couple times, I will be in a voice call either in a group DM or a voice channel in a server, and at some point I can't hear others talking. They can hear me, and I can see their icon light up green when they're talking but I still can't hear. Closing and reopening Discord doesn't work, even switching to my phone then computer again doesn't fix it. This has happened when I mute myself, then unmute, but I'm not sure if it's happened without me muting first.

This randomly started happening to me today. I rebooted, killed and re-installed the app, reset my voice preferences, and all the rest of the troubleshooter steps, but it's still happening.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro, with a RME Babyface sound card and external mic/headphone. I can hear other sounds from the Discord app just fine (join/leave, toggle push-to-talk when trying that, etc.) Also, others can hear me just fine.
When I use the "microphone tester," the volume indicator flashes as normal (consistent with others hearing me just fine,) but I cannot hear the playback of whatever I was saying when testing, so there seems to be something related to decoding and playing back voice chat, specifically.
Quite frustrating.
