Double push to talk buttons for two groups in the same server/room

If a group of people is playing a trivia game with teams have the ability to be in the same server/room but be able to separate people into groups so that everyone can hear what is going on in the game but have a second push to talk button for their team/group to speak in private and deliberate. Maybe a make it a Trivia Room where this is possible so not all rooms/servers can do this, only the trivia rooms that are made to be like this for games/game nights.
