Extend "Pop Out" option from voice chat to text channels

I am a community manager for a large discord server and regularly need to monitor multiple high priority text chats for purposes of moderation. Having to flip between them loses a lot of time- being able to split out just the chat window with input box as a separate window it would be a huge benefit for multi-monitor users and moderators alike.

A functional equivalent can be achieved by opening multiple copies of the discord website in a browser but that's hardly ideal.
