When deleting servers, ignore ASCII characters in the server name

This makes it annoying to delete any sort of server with ASCII text in its title, which is common for artsy people or servers that have the name Pokémon in their title. This is admittedly possible already by renaming it, THEN deleting it, but it's a bit of a hassle.
