New Feature for Custom Status'

Can we add a feature that makes certain people not see a user's custom status? For example, the new layout for custom status' could have something to make it where you can type a person's username and tag (could also have your friends list connected to this and auto correct names) and hide your status from them. The image below shows something that it could look like:
