Change Embed layout on mobile clients
Inline field in embeds on desktop are on the right side of the existing field if there are 2 fields which make them suitable for name on the left and enabled or disabled emoji on the right but it changes drastically on mobile clients the inline field is down even when there is space left for it to be fitted on the right side which looks ugly, Add inline fields on right side on mobile clients too.

My bot has a beautiful embed on pc with inline but due to mobile not supporting inline it looks shit in mobile.Please Discord Add it in Mobile 🙏🙏
