Limit the amount of icons showing up on the overlay.

It'd be really nice, if you could pick a number of people showing up on the overlay. 
I know you could have only people that speak, but that's sort of distracting, since it appears and disappears.
It'd also be nice to have more size options for the avatars and the name.
