Bot command list

Create a bot command widget such as the emojis widget. I have a mockup of what it could look like here (I used the emoji screen as an example):

The reason we should have this option is that people lose track of commands, bot owners should be able to feature commands using this menu to allow easy use of bots along with the ability to easily find commands within a server.

Limit per bot: I would recommend a limit of 20 commands able to be shown by each bot to limit long lists (even though it is collapsible)

Only show allowed commands: Permission based commands should only be shown if available
