Clyde chatbot has lost his memory

the clyde bot used to be so good at memory, me and my friends told them 601 rules and he would remember all of them and she could actually read every single message in a thread, but now when I ask it to say something I just get back a little feeble response, dry of all that memory that was once there and when we try to instill our rules into clyde, they last for one message at most, and if person b tells clyde to follow a rule, and person a asks clyde something, clyde doesn't follow person b's rule, when it used to before.
