Re-enable disabled account that did not deserve to get disabled
Hello. My name is Lucas. And I'm still upset that my Discord account got disabled. It started on July 5 at 3:10 to 3:14 PM. I was logged out from my account, and when I tried to log back in, it says "Your account has been disabled". This is not right. I did not even get an email about this, and I did not deserve to get my account disabled. I always obey and follow the Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service, and I did not get any incidents like this in the previous years I used Discord, and I'm 100% sure I did not violate them. I even sent Discord the appeal to the Support Team regarding this, and they said they'll help me shortly, but shortly never comes. Plus, I have not been harassing or targeting anyone, have not spam sent friend requests or solicited DM messages or have sent any inappropriate or shady messages to anyone at all. And I just recently found out as to why my account and so many others are wrongly disabled is because of the malfunctioning spam filters and a couple of outages affecting the situation. This is also to say that the Trust and Safety is also getting faulty as well, and is a factor of this. That's why I did not deserve this unlawful punishment. So, do you, the Discord Support Team Admins, can re-enable my account along with all the others please?
