iOS Picture in Picture Support (2023)

PiP is currently only implemented for in-app. It binds us to having the app open if we want to watch any streams. Renders the app pretty useless for streams because you can’t multitask. It would be great if we could keep the picture in picture streams even if we’re not actively in the discord app. 

It’s been a couple of years since the last time this issue was posted, so I figured I would post it again as a reminder.
