Please add a way to mark a chat/channel as high priority so I am always notified

My family has a chat. Sometimes I ignore a message that is unimportant, but then I stop getting notifications in the chat when something important comes in later!

Please let me mark a chat/channel in some way (call it maybe High Priority or Urgent or something) so that I never stop getting notifications for it, and can see immediately when all messages come in.
