statuses with new mobile update

Man, it's hard to see your friends statuses now with the new mobile update which sucks! I don't want to have to click on everyone to see if they've updated their statuses. It used to be that I can see a funny new status, now I have to click everyone which is just pointless. I really dislike how these updates change user interactions.
