The New Mobile UI is Absolutely Vile

For three years, Discord has been my home. I’ve met friends, lovers, enemies, kindred spirits, kind souls, and so much more through this app. This new update is making me seriously consider deleting it entirely.
Discord used to be my safe space because of its familiar and smooth User Interface (yeah that’s what it stands for if you didn’t know :p). Now, all of that is gone.
I could go into all the nitty-gritty details of how absolutely awful this update is, but I don’t think I have to. The way to fix this is so simple, it’s genuinely laughable that it’s even a problem. Just give us the option to use the older UI. So many of us liked it more than this flashy new piece of crap you’ve created, and we’re all asking you to do this. Stop telling us what’s “better” or “good” for us and let us actually choose what we want. Your attempt at increasing accessibility has actually decreased it, and you’ve pissed off a great many people. I suggest you change something soon before you start bleeding your precious Nitro subscribers and the media starts making fun of you for plummeting user numbers.

TL;DR Give us the option to choose what we want (Old UI) instead of forcing your own ideas on us.
