My discord account is hacked and support team is not responding my tickets

So i got hacked like 2 days ago and almost all of my accounts got hacked by hackers including my discord account they changed it's email and password and they made new one with using my email then they put 2 factor security on it so i cant even manage to geti it off from my email. I found the person who hacked into my computer and discord but and he is asking money for it to give back and he is using my account to trick my frineds into downloading virus that happened on me to hacked into my computer.
So i contacted and ask fro help from discord support but they are not answering me after 2 days. How many more days are you guys gonna give this hacker to trick rest of my friends and people on the servers i am in?
Please help me, i really need your help to do anyting but you guys arent helping me at all
Please i am begging you at least block or lock my account until you guys clearify thing so he cant use my account to get and trick people's computer and accounts
