Account Disabled And Terminated - I Did Nothing Wrong

On December 3rd, 2023, my old account, vortex115 (there is currently an account with that name that I created recently to grab the name back), was disabled under the false assumption of being underaged. On January 2nd, 2024, the account was deleted because of what I presume inactivity.

Between those two dates, I have sent various support tickets verifying my age. Nobody from discord support responded to me, not even Clyde. My account was deleted because I couldn't get back into it.

Between January 2nd, and January 9th, I have sent 3 support tickets requesting help with my situation. Nobody at discord support responded to me, only Clyde bot replies.

I am frustrated beyond belief, if anyone can help me recover my account, please do.

TL:DR - account falsely disabled and then deleted for inactivity, nobody responded to any of my support tickets

I have the same issue with account verification. Ironically, I sent a ticket to general support and got a response within 20 minutes. They didn't help, they just told me to wait, and every time you resend a ticket, it will reset your tickets to the back of the queue.

If I were you, I'd submit a general support ticket, explain that your account has been deleted to them, and see if you get any luck that way. Otherwise, you literally just have to wait patiently and not submit multiple tickets.
