Hello, my account has been disabled for the past 4 days now, and it's getting very frustrating. On January 11, it was disabled because I supposedly indicated that I'm "underaged" (for context, I'm 19). I did the appeal process, and got a reply saying that my picture wasn't clear enough. I sent a better picture but have yet to receive any reply. I am currently unable to talk to my friends or play games that are linked to my account all because someone had the audacity to falsely report me as "underaged" (again, I'm 19).  I have a year's worth of history on this account, the fact that I'm disabled at all is total bullshit and extremely frustrating.  Please help me, and thanks for reading this.

    So you got some sort of response? My ticket has been open 12 days with no response. This doesn’t make any sense

    Yeah I'm shocked you got a response to begin with. It's been 11 days for me and I got no response at all. 

    Probably an AI that checked your image and called it unclear, and a real human is required to confirm your age.

    As of today I'm also in this situation is there any other things you can do in addition to sending the image they asked for?

    They keep calling my case “solved” this is really annoying.
