Changes to deleting reactions

I suggest to rework the reaction list window in a way that the “X” button for deleting messages doesn't look like window closing button. Either displaying all the buttons without mouseover or moving them closer to the center of the pop-up window (closer to the name) would help a lot.

I'm talking about the menu where you can check who reacted to the post.
