I got my account hacked

Hello there,

The 8th february I got hacked from an exe file that a friend send me. That friend was of course hacked too but I did not notice, because the hacker is speaking on my native language, I was careless. I have immediately tried to reset my password, with using another PC who was not infected, but it was too late. I had my phone number on my account(but not the 2FA because it wasn't working when I tried to enable it a long time ago). I could save my Steam and Gmail account, but they could take away my discord. They changed the email and they put a 2FA. They are impersonating me, trying to scam other people with their virus.

It's too late for my side. I have submitted a request on the following minutes after the attack. I got a response from the bot the next day that they have escalated my ticket … But it been already 2 weeks now, and I did not get any response. I send an email again last week on that ticket and another one today, trying to provide more useful details for them. I am in despair. I tried to contact discord through twitter aswell last week but got no response. I have supported discord with nitro for 2 years now and I have a big part of my life there. What can I do? If anyone here, moderator or any user can help me I would be more than grateful because my account is a big part of my life.

I'm In the exact same boat as you, fell for the classic dev scam from a friend of mines account. I made my ticket on the 2th of feb, It has now been 22 days with no response. I've tried for the past week+ to get In contact with them on twitter but no luck at all.

I had 2 bots In the first 2 to 3 days escalate my ticket but as you probably have noticed yourself too, this did nothing atleast from our point of view. I think It's absolutely unacceptable at this point, I understand that there can be many tickets In the queue before ours but the fact there we get NO kind of reassurance throughout that they will get to our ticket soon Is just wrong.

We're just sitting here In the dark powerless while the person runs rampart on our accounts.
