Filter out voice call audio when screen sharing with audio on.

While working on a project with multiple applications, I decided to try the screen share with audio option. It was almost a pointless option because it captures all the voices in the voice call into your stream. The only solution to this problem would be to set up a virtual audio cable, but if I do that I might as well set up and stream through OBS at that point. Having any discord audio being captured honestly feels like an oversight. I really hope you filter out discord audio in screen share audio in the future. Thank you.
