Add music to profiles (Nitro users only)

I'd like to see a few changes on the current Nitro plans…

1. Nitro Basic: Add the 4000 character limit on messages feature. It's just a small QOL feature that doesn't change the essence of the plan in its simplicity.

To compensate for the loss of a potential Classic Nitro feature, I suggest a new one:

2. Add music to custom profiles. How would this work?

2.1. Users may upload a short audio (up to 15 seconds, similarly to a GIF) from an approved audio database like Spotify, Apple Music, or TikTok audios. Alternatively, they may choose a soundboard sound to play each time their profile is clicked on.
 2.1.1. This audio will have a volume cap of -3dB to prevent trolling. Any audios over this limit will be automatically reduced to compensate.

2.2. Nitro profiles will have a mute icon, to mute any individual profile sounds. Similarly, you can right-click on users to mute their profiles before checking them to avoid any issues.
 2.2.1. There will be a setting on Discord's settings menu to mute profile audios by default (similar to the “sync profiles with dark theme” feature).
 2.2.2. This icon will be showcased to the left of profile badges, opposite to them and at the top of the profile for easy spotting. The mute icon will sync to the profile's level of lightness (similar to how the pencil emoji on the “edit color” profile editing page will change from black to white for better contrast depending on the darkness of the color chosen).

2.3. Users may report inappropiate profile audios by right-clicking on a user and choosing the option to report them. Within this menu, there'll be an option to report a profile audio, and the reasons for this report (similarly to the “report a message” feature).

2.4. This feature will only be available to Discord Nitro (Classic) users. Once a user stops having this plan, they will lose their profile sound alongside any other custom profile features.
