Mobile features on PC

Could we get features like voice message, discord remix, or any other feature on mobile, to also be accessible to people who use devices like computers, laptops, etc? People who dont currently own moblie devices will probably want features like this to also be available to them, just like the phone users.

    I know that, at least to send voice messages, you can use the recorder app on your PC, and then send the file. It'll send the same as a voice message would (being able to be listened to in the chat, whether the user is on mobile or PC)
    It's best if the recording is a .mp3 file
