Nelly keeps marking tickets as solved with no response whatsoever

i have opened multiple tickets about my account that has been disabled for trying to refund a nitro gift by starting a dispute on paypal and all that keeps happening is nelly marking all my tickets as solved with no response, please i really need a human to deal with my ticket #43669705 not a bot

    Same here. My tickets are being closed as well.

    Same. All my tickets have been either viewed my nelly or just marked as solved. The staff team needs to do there job.

    Nelly is instantly marking all my tickets as solved. I need a human-being to view my tickets because the support system essentially doesn't exist at this point.
