Require context to be added when banning someone

Not everyone who is banned on servers is a bad person. Bans can happen to good people over a misunderstanding or for hateful reasons (ex. A new moderator bans trans people over transphobia).

Context should be a requirement when a moderator bans someone to prevent harm to those who cannot speak up for themselves. Support could look into those reports and reply with resources to disprove false claims and accusations. These replies would be a suggestion instead of a command to give server owners a choice to reverse the ban.

For anybody commenting on this idea, I would like to hear if you dealt with a BS ban from a server. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly if they do not deserve it.
