Discord account hacked, friends being scammed, Need help

Stefan#0328 or Turbostef my 8 year old account was hacked yesterday. I had given discord my phone number and could use my phone number to get verification code but because the hacker enabled 2FA authentication on the account I can no longer reset the password.

I don't understand how its allowed to enable 2FA immediately after the scammer changed my password, I could have recovered my account in less then 5 minutes if it wasn't for 2FA, now he's sending me messages demanding money.
He was offline through the night but now he is scamming people using my account! I can't even get it suspended!

    Wait. This is the same exact thing that's been happening to me.

    I was hacked and now the hacker is using my account that has nitro annual.
    I've even messaged the hacker that's using MY account and they're pretending to be the owner. 
    It's so disgusting. My friend is a lawyer and told me to sue for breach of contract and damages since I paid for Nitro and not able to use it because discord was protecting the hacker. 

    Support will do NOTHING about it, it's been three months. They won't do a thing about it. Support has been utterly useless. Support is literally protecting the hacker. At least that's how it feels. 

     

    Above is my account, the name was changed, and that's the person who has it now. 


    My last interaction with the hacker before he unadded me. The new account I made to contact him for it back literally has Midjourney art that's associated with my account. 

    Discord is an awful company and doesn't care about you. Just remember that when trying to get your account back. They won't even let me permanently delete the account. Like I've had to reverse charges the hacker made on my credit card because discord wouldn't do anything. That's real life impact, and support doesn't care AT ALL. All you'll get is automated messages like this: 


    I sincerely wish anyone else doesn't get this horrible treatment by discord. It has been an awful process.
