Account hacked then disabled

My account was hacked then I was logged out of my account because discord disabled it. Not only that the hacker threatened me. I've tried contact Trust and Safety but they just keep telling me to look at my account standing when my account is banned. I don't even know what I did wrong. I didn't even get an email explaining what I did wrong.
