Disabled and disassociated Phone Number

I made a ticket concerning how my Phone number has some how been associated to another account. I can't get it back. I can't login using said number because it's been disabled. It's been 3 weeks and no assistance. Please help.

  Discord support does not exist… it'll be a few years before I get a reply. I've been waiting since March 2024.
