Discord Account Falsely Disabled and Staff Won't Help
Falsely disabled for being “under 13” when I've showed proof I am over that age with face and everything. My tickets are being solved instantly by Nelly without undisabling my account at all. Does anyone have tips for me to get actual support?

My account was disabled as well but I got no explanation why, I found this article, I think they were panicked and just banned a lot of people even if they had no clear evidence or reason, I did not do anything wrong, got no reason of my ban, got no clear response from them, my tickets are just being marked as solved with no answer.

I am going through the same thing, except my account was compromised and the hacker spammed my dm's with malicious links. I regained control of my account and deleted all the messages and contacted discord about it but nothing was done. Later, they hit me with four violations to the TOS and limited my account. I sent in more support tickets but no help yet again. Finally when I called my bank to report fraudulent charges because of the hack and got it fixed, they disabled my account because of too many chargebacks. Ive been waiting for a week for a response through a few tickets and yet no response or help. Just the bot responses from Clyde, not even Nelly or any staff member. All my tickets just close automatically as “solved” like they “reviewed” my case. Discord staff please help me, I just want to game with my friends again and continute my streaming career, Im a small content creator. :(
