Rage Quit

Wondering if it's possible to have a Button / function that a user can select and it was cut all access to a discord channel for a pre-determined amount of time set 24 hrs in advance. eg 1 hour, day, week etc.
Have a “are you sure” warning, Then if accepted, you'll be unable to type, talk see chat etc. until the cooldown period has passed.

I think something like this could be beneficial to just all out quitting etc. Perhaps having some achievement badge tied to it you could have against your profile?
Perhaps adding it as a nitro only function so not to be inundated with idiots who pressed it to see what it does?
